Appearances via videoconference or Teams are available in most courthouse locations with approval from the court, which can be sought by counsel.

In all cases, counsel must complete form ADM509 at least five business days prior to the proposed videoconference date. If the hearing is scheduled to take place outside the registry's regular hours counsel must complete form ADM509 at least 15 business days prior to the proposed videoconferencing date.
Counsel should submit the form to the relevant court registry, in person or by email (where possible).
Counsel requesting a remote appearance is responsible for booking private sites, notifying the other parties and will exchange all relevant documents with the remote location(s).

Counsel complete the Court Videoconference Request Form (ADM 509) and submits it to the relevant court registry, court registry staff will notify Counsel once the equipment has been reserved. Videoconference equipment availability cannot be guaranteed.

The applicant will receive confirmation that the equipment has been booked from the registry.
The registry will email the applicant the link for the matter, inform them of court protocol and convey that the applicant is responsible for forwarding the link to other parties in the matter
Upon processing these requests, the Court Registry will notify counsel once the equipment has been reserved. VC equipment availability cannot be guaranteed.
