Recognized Products List

The Recognized Products List is a reference of products for use by highway construction and maintenance contractors in providing or performing work as a part of their contract with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.

Products on the Recognized Products List may be integrated into the infrastructure as long as they meet the ministry’s standard specifications and safety standards.

Products used for construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of highways and bridges must be on the Recognized Products List or otherwise identified in the contract.

The Recognized Products Standing Committee reviews product submissions for possible listing on the ministry’s Recognized Products List. Producers, agents or suppliers can apply to have a new product assessed.
