Copyright and consent release for using graphics on B.C. government websites. 

Copyright

Only use images or photos if the copyright holder is a B.C. government entity, or if you have permission to use the image from the copyright holder.

If you do not know or cannot confirm the copyright of an image or photo, do not use it. 

Consent and model release

Any person appearing in a photo on a B.C. government website must have signed a Consent and Model Release (PDF, 164.7KB).

If you do not know or cannot confirm that you've obtained the models' consent, do not use it.
