The CleanBC Go Electric Fleet Charging Program is intended to support public, private, and Indigenous fleets transition to zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs).
The program takes a multi-pronged approach to address various barriers to ZEV adoption in fleets by offering financial and technical support through: ZEV fleet advisor services, support for telematics tools and a ZEV fleet assessment, rebates for fleet planning assessment, electrical upgrades and chargers for both light-duty and medium- and heavy-duty vehicles, and more.
Organizations that receive electricity from BC Hydro can apply for electric fleet planning and infrastructure incentives through BC Hydro’s Fleet Electrification Program.
Rebates for EV chargers are available provincewide to all B.C.-registered companies, local governments, Indigenous communities, and public sector organizations that have fleet vehicles. B.C. Ministries and Crown Corporations are not eligible.
Indigenous communities and businesses are eligible for increased rebates for EV charger rebates provincewide. Increased rebate offers for ZEV fleet assessments, facility planning assessments, and electrical infrastructure upgrades are limited to Indigenous organizations that receive electricity from FortisBC. Please visit the CleanBC Go Electric offerings for Indigenous communities and businesses page for more information.
