Corrections divisions

 

Adult Custody – Operates 10 provincial correctional centres to provide safe and secure custody of individuals awaiting trial or serving a sentence of less than two years.

Community Corrections – Supervises individuals on bail or serving sentences in the community and offers programs to support behavioural change and reduce reoffending.

Strategic Operations – Provides support to the operational divisions by ensuring the best and most effective research, technology, policies and programs are in place.

Capital – Leads the planning and delivery of major capital facility projects to support BC Corrections operations.
