Road closures and restrictions
Bill Brown FSR 8229.01
The Bill Brown road at approximately 0.5km has been closed to vehicles due to safety issues. Map of bridge closure
Bonanza Main FSR 8229.07
The Bonanza Main at the 14km mark has been closed to vehicles due to a road washout. Bonanza FSR Road Closure Notice
Delkatla Main FSR 10891.01
The Delkatal FSR has been closed at 2.8km due to safety issues associated with drainage structures. Delkatla FSR Road Closure Notice
Gregory Main FSR 8229.04
The Gregory FSR has been closed at 1.3km due to safety issues associated with drainage structures.
Hangover Main FSR 8229.06
The Hangover FSR has been closed at 0km at the Bonanza River Bridge due to safety issues and impacts from landslides. This closure prevents vehicular access to Bonanza Beach and the Bill Brown FSR. Hangover FSR Road Closure Notice
Rennell Sound FSR
The Rennell Sound Road (Rennell Pass) has been load restricted to 5000 kg GVW vehicles.

Road deactivation - proposed
The following Forest Service Roads (FSRs) have been declared redundant to industrial needs and are being proposed for permanent deactivation. Vehicular access will not be possible. Please review the attached maps and send any questions or comments to the Haida Gwaii Natural Resource District Office.
