Location: Located on Highway 97C between the Pothole Creek Bridge and the Elkhart Brake Check.

Description: Conventional full width resurfacing on Hwy 97C from Pothole Creek Bridge to the Elkhart Brake Check (24,000 tonnes), including both East and West Loon Lake chain up locations and all acceleration and deceleration lanes for the Loon Lake Rest Area. The Work involves most common aspects of highway construction of an asphalt resurfacing project. Refer to tender package for a detailed description.
