About LeanBC

For over a decade, LeanBC has supported ministries across the BC Public Service to make their operational processes more efficient and effective. We provide expert facilitation to empower teams, make meaningful process improvements, train staff, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

How Lean can help?

Lean combines globally accepted, data-based methodologies with expert facilitation to help teams to creatively redesign their processes and assist with the development of new processes. Lean empowers employees to evaluate their current processes, identify problems, and implement solutions based on their experience and expertise. This approach results in more time spent on work that truly adds value.

Contractors are available through this Standing Agreement to enable quick access to Lean services within the LeanBC Service Mandate.
