Services you can purchase

A facilitator is a neutral third party and may provide services in person or virtually

• guide planning sessions, meetings,
• manage group conversations within an organizational framework
• provide logistics planning, preplanning, attendee communication
• determine suitable methodology

​Topics may include but not limited to:

• provide post session reporting
• Business planning;
• Change management, team formation;
• Conduct engagement sessions with stakeholders;
• Operational planning;
• Organization effectiveness and efficiency;
• Organizational wellness;
• Peer organization;
• Project planning;
• Staff planning & engagement;
• Strategic planning; and
• Workforce planning.

Use this supply arrangement

Step 1: Check if your organization is authorized. Organizations that may use this supply arrangement are:

• B.C. government ministries
• B.C. broader public sector organizations on the CSA User's List

Step 2:

Step 2a: Engage suppliers in competitive service request process. Complete the Competitive Service Request (DOCX,45KB) and send to all of the suppliers found under Supplier contact information. After the closing date and time, choose the supplier with the highest score to make the purchase from.

OR

Step 2b: Engage a supplier based on selective criteria requests. Issue a Services Request (DOCX,25KB) to the CSA Holder that best meets the specific requirements needed for the Service Request. After the closing date and time, choose the supplier with the lowest hourly rate to make the purchase from.

Step 3: Complete your purchase. Countersign page 3 and return it to the supplier to confirm the purchase. 

Note: A Competitive Order Process or a Service Request must be completed every time Services are needed. Choose the Service Request (Step 2b) when the Purchaser has identified specific areas of experience, including but not limited to approach, qualifications and pricing that would be specific requirements for a Service Request otherwise choose the Competitive Ordering Process (Step 2a)
